Description
The Vilkaviškis Cultural Center’s girls’ dance group began its activities alongside the Vilkaviškis Youth Wind Orchestra and most often performs with it—they organize and participate in about 20 concerts each year. The group has also prepared its own concert program and participates in national competitions as well as district and state-level festivals. Together with the orchestra, the “Vilkaviškis Bagpipes” festival has been held every two years since 2017, and the “Playing City Garden” and “The Bagpipes Will Play…” events take place annually.
