Description
The Kaunas District Public Health Office is inviting residents to free yoga classes at the Juozas Lukša Gymnasium in Garliava during the fall–winter season. Yoga helps improve balance and flexibility while reducing stress and fatigue. No registration is required, and you can join at any time; please bring a yoga mat, water, and clean athletic shoes.
