Free Swimming

In the sports section of the Ventspils Olympic Center’s Water Adventure Park—a 25-meter-long, 4-lane pool (depth 1.32–1.78 m) and a small 12.75-meter pool with a counter-current system and underwater massage; there is a sauna nearby. A ticket is valid for 60 minutes: 45 minutes for swimming and 15 minutes for showering and changing. On weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., all lanes are reserved for the sports school; in the evenings and on Sundays, some lanes are reserved for paid lessons, so the number of lanes available for open swimming varies. Schoolchildren, full-time students, seniors, and people with disabilities receive a reduced rate; holders of the “Goda ģimene” (3+ family card) receive a 20% discount; There are 4-, 8-, and 24-visit passes available, and a lift is provided for visitors with mobility impairments.
