Description
The Kaunas District Public Health Office is organizing free Pilates classes in the auditorium of Vilkija High School during the fall–winter season. Pilates strengthens the muscles throughout the body, improves flexibility and posture, and reduces back pain. No registration is required; you’ll need a mat, water, and clean athletic shoes.
