Free exercise with a physiotherapist for people with functional impairments

Daugavpils Municipality invites people with functional impairments – children and young people from age 6 as well as adults – to free exercise classes with a physiotherapist at Kandavas iela 1. The exercises are adapted to each participant's abilities: they develop coordination, flexibility and balance, strengthen muscles, and include breathing and relaxation exercises. The classes help participants spend their free time actively and make friends. Places are limited, so you need to register in advance by phone. The classes are part of the project “Vesela un aktīva Daugavpils”.
