Description
Under a health-promotion project, Bauska municipality runs free aerobics classes on Monday evenings at the Īslīce culture house in Rītausmas (third floor). The classes suit residents of any age and fitness level, beginners and experienced alike; bring a mat, water and a change of indoor shoes. They are led by coach Paula Kristiāna Daugule, and booking by phone in advance is required.
