Folk dance group “Ąžuolėlis”

“Ąžuolėlis” is the folk dance group of Ąžuolyno progimnazija, active since 2005, in which hundreds of pupils have danced over the years. Its dancers have taken part in Lithuanian Song Celebrations, festivals and concerts in Lithuania and abroad. The repertoire features Lithuanian folk and folklore dances; children learn the steps and get to know traditions and the national costume, and the older dancers help the younger ones. Since 2025 the group has been led by teacher Diana Fedorovič. Every pupil at the school who wants to dance and perform is welcome.
