Description
The “Saulės gijos” folk craft club of the Kruonis Culture Centre has been running since 2020 for children aged 5–12. Children make things from natural materials – straw, grasses, hay, moss and willow twigs – and get to know Lithuanian customs and handicrafts, with topics following the seasons and holidays. The club is led by folk artist and certified craftswoman Jurgita Treinytė.
