EnglishFamily choir for children and parents
Description
The Archcathedral's family choir, founded in 1989, sings on Sundays at the 11:15 Holy Mass for children and on other liturgical feasts. Its repertoire is sacred music of various eras, mostly Masses and hymns by contemporary Lithuanian composers. The choir has sung at the World Lithuanian Song Celebration and at a hymn festival, and has given concerts abroad and at charity events. The choir invites new singers – children with their families – to come to a rehearsal or to Sunday Mass and meet the choir leaders.
