Description
The Švenčionys Third Age University branch in Švenčionėliai is designed for seniors interested in Polish culture. Students meet at the Polish House in Švenčionėliai: they learn wool spinning from a master of traditional crafts, enjoy art afternoons, attend lectures on health together with students from other faculties, sing during Advent afternoons, and go on pilgrimages. To become a participant, you must submit an application and a participant questionnaire to the Švenčionys District Educational Support Service (Sodų St. 30, Švenčionys); The annual membership fee is €10, and each member may attend activities organized by all faculties.
