Description
Free exercise classes for seniors on the premises of Bauska Hospital, led by a physiotherapist. They take place on Tuesdays as part of the municipality's health promotion and disease prevention project. Registration by phone with the hospital's rehabilitation department is required; bring a mat, water and a change of shoes.
