Description
On Tuesdays from 9 to 11 a.m., staff members at the Ignalina Public Library provide one-on-one instruction in the Internet reading room on how to use the Internet, computers, and smart devices; A lecture on cybercriminals as part of the “No One Is Forgotten” project was also held here. The project’s digital ambassador—a librarian—helps seniors set up their phones, computers, e-services, and video calls. Consultations at other times can be scheduled in advance by phone or by visiting the Customer Service Department.
