Description
Šilutės socialinių paslaugų centras provides center-based day social care for adults with disabilities. On weekdays visitors spend time at the center: they sew, knit, make art, do woodwork, learn housekeeping, shopping and other everyday skills, socialize and spend leisure time together; they get two meals a day, and transport is arranged. The activities help them become more independent and take a more active part in community life. To apply, contact the social work organizer at your eldership, who assesses the need; the fee depends on income.
