Description
The support center “Pērle” of the society Rīgas pilsētas “Rūpju bērns” in Cēsis, Rīgas iela 90, is a day center for children with functional impairments. On weekdays, 8:00–18:00, children develop social and self-care skills, sew, crochet, knit, model clay, weave, work on computers, do sports, make music and go on outings. The center has 28 places and a large yard for outdoor activities, and lunch is free. Parents contact the center in advance about available places and to arrange a visit; the service is coordinated with the Cēsis Municipality Social Service.
