Description
Telšių centras “Viltis” is a municipal social services institution whose day center is attended on weekdays by children, adults and older people with intellectual or complex disabilities. Days here are filled with art and music sessions, movement and sports, games, films, celebrations, outings and discos; visitors learn everyday skills and stage their own plays. The center can be attended from 3 hours a day, and when needed the center's own transport brings people in and takes them home. The service is granted by decision of the municipality: town residents apply to the Social Support and Care Department (Džiugo g. 6), rural residents to their eldership. The fee depends on income.
