Description
The day and rehabilitation center of the foundation “Fonds Kopā” on Brīvības iela is for adults with intellectual disabilities. On weekdays, with help from specialists in various fields, visitors learn the skills needed for independent living, take part in creative and educational activities, talk about healthy lifestyles, spend their free time meaningfully and prepare for work. Prospective visitors can first come to get to know the center and its daily routine, and then submit their documents to a territorial center of the Rīga Social Service; attendance starts when a place becomes available.
