Description
“Cerību spārni”, a society for children and young people with disabilities at Lakstīgalas iela 9 in Sigulda, runs a multifunctional social services center. More than 60 adults and about 30 children with disabilities attend its day center every day. In the specialized workshops, visitors cast candles and soap, lay tile mosaics, weave, sew, model in clay, work wood and leather, garden and cook. Short-term care is also provided for children with functional impairments. The society is open on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00; for places and how they are allocated, contact the society.
