Description
Gargždų socialinių paslaugų centras (Sodo g. 1) runs a day center for adults with disabilities and seniors. From Tuesday to Thursday, a social skills group meets in the mornings: members sew, knit, weave, make art and ceramics, and learn everyday things – shopping, housekeeping, managing money. People who need constant care can receive day social care with meals and transport on weekdays. The services are granted to residents of the Klaipėda district by decision of the municipality – contact the social work organizer at your eldership or the center; the fee depends on income.
