Every Thursday, a learning support group meets at the LNS Community Center in Riga, where deaf and hard-of-hearing people learn to use a computer and a tablet on their own. They figure out how to find information and use apps, e-mail and online services, with help given in sign language. The group also suits older people who are just getting started with technology.
