Description
The volunteer society “Vigor” brings together people who have had a stroke and their families. Club meetings are held twice a month on Thursdays: themed conversations, speech practice, finger exercises, singing, dance and rhythmic movement. On Fridays there are meetings called “Kaleidoscope: My World of Hobbies”, and there are also art, movement and dance, vocal, and literature and language (online) workshops. Activities are free; the monthly event plan is published on the society's website in Russian. To join, get in touch via the website.
