Description
On Thursday evenings, the “JUDU 365” association invites people with physical, intellectual and other disabilities to climb at the Fabrique climbing center. Coaches help everyone tie in safely, pick suitable routes and adapt the tasks to each person's abilities, so no experience is needed. Climbing strengthens the arms and back and develops coordination, focus and self-confidence, and moving together as a group is fun. You can take part after registering in advance on the association's website or by e-mail.
