English“CIP” Young Farmers' Club
Description
The “CIP” club at Kalnsētas pamatskola is one of the school's non-formal education programs, with meetings on Tuesdays after school. Mazpulki is the Latvian 4-H movement: every year members carry out their own project (growing vegetables and flowers, handicrafts, a small business), join clean-up days and community work, present their projects at the Mazpulki forum in the fall, and go to the “Visu daru es ar prieku!” camp in summer. To join, contact the club leader or the school.
