Description

The Lithuanian folk dance club at “Gilijos” pradinė mokykla introduces primary pupils to Lithuanian circle dances and folk dances. Children learn the basic steps, dancing in pairs and in a circle, develop coordination and a sense of rhythm, and show the dances they have learned at school celebrations. Sessions take place on Fridays in the assembly hall. The club is free and intended for the school's students; you can sign up with the leader or at the school office.
