Children’s and youth song and dance ensemble “Solczanka”

“Solczanka” is a children’s and youth song and dance ensemble that has been active at the school since 1986, with several dozen students taking part. The dance groups (children’s, junior and senior) learn Polish and Lithuanian folk and stage dances, while the vocal groups sing folk and contemporary songs; the ensemble performs in national costume at school events, in Lithuania and in Poland, and takes part in festivals. Classes are free and intended for the school’s students; the leaders place each student in a group according to their grade.
