Children's and teen choirs (junior and youth)

Kauno Jono ir Petro Vileišių mokykla has two choirs: a junior choir for pupils in grades 1–4 and a youth choir for grades 5–8, both led by teacher N. Prišmantienė. In rehearsals children develop their voice and ear, learn to sing together and in several parts, and prepare songs for school celebrations and events. The junior choir meets on Mondays, the youth choir on Mondays and Thursdays, straight after lessons. The choirs are non-formal education clubs run by the school, so they are free for pupils.
