Description
“Pamarys”, the Klaipėda city sports club for people who are blind or partially sighted, invites blind and partially sighted people to play blind tennis. It is played with a ball that makes a sound on a smaller court, and the rules are adapted to visual impairment, so beginners can try it too. On Saturdays training takes place at Bisport arena, and on Wednesdays at the tennis courts by Skulptūrų parkas; in bad weather an outdoor session may be moved. Register for training in advance by contacting the club (contacts are in the municipality's list of sports organizations).
