Ballet for adults – Neringos Kirklienės šokių mokykla, Verkių g., Vilnius

Ballet classes for adults at Neringos Kirklienės šokių mokykla in the “Outlet Park” shopping center (Verkių g. 31C). On October 24, a new beginners' group starts on Saturday mornings: no experience needed; you learn posture, positions and the basic ballet movements. After it comes a class for those who already dance, and on Tuesday evenings there's ballet conditioning on mats that strengthens and stretches the body. A class lasts an hour. The first class is free; register by phone or e-mail.
