Description
Ballet for adults at Klaipėdos baleto mokykla – classes for those who have never danced and for those who want to come back to ballet. You start with the basics: positions, correct posture, exercises on the mat and at the barre, then move on to center work, diagonals and small jumps. The classes strengthen the whole body and improve flexibility and coordination, and the atmosphere is calm and focused. Classes take place twice a week in the evening in a spacious ballet studio. Register on the school's website, by phone or by e-mail.
