Ballet for adults

“Baleta nodarbības” is a ballet studio in Rīga with two branches: near VEF and in Jugla. Adult groups are divided by experience – from no preparation at all to those with a ballet foundation – and the VEF branch also has a morning group. A class includes a classical workout at the barre and in the center, plus stretching and strength exercises that improve posture and flexibility. Groups meet twice a week. To join, e-mail the studio and say which group you have chosen.
