Description
The Kazlų Rūda badminton club “Aura” was founded in March 2019; badminton has been played in the town since 2017. The club welcomes all adults who want to play sports—badminton helps relieve stress, improves concentration, strengthens the heart and bones, and increases flexibility and muscle strength. Club members compete successfully in the Lithuanian and Baltic veterans’ championships as well as in the Lithuanian Cup tournaments. Practices are held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Kazlų Rūda Sports Center.
