Art Department

In the art department, students work in groups to learn about color, graphic and spatial expression, drawing, painting, and composition, and are introduced to art history. The three-year elementary program is designed for students in grades 1–2; it is followed by a four-year core curriculum, and older students can choose from a variety of elective courses (painting, graphic arts, ceramics, drawing, and photography). Adults are invited to take classes in drawing and painting.
