Description
The Valmiera society of people with disabilities “Atspēriens” invites people with disabilities to spend part of the day together at its premises on Garā iela. From Monday to Thursday, 10:00–14:00, you can learn to use a computer and the internet, play board games, exercise and ride an exercise bike. On Thursdays there are creative handicraft sessions, and on other days individual sessions and exercise, sometimes group singing or poetry readings. Master classes, excursions and celebrations are held every month. You can join by coming along during opening hours or by calling the society.
