Description

Children learn to sail on small racing yachts (starting with the “Optimist” class) and are introduced to the basics of wind, course, and regatta tactics. During the warm season, sailing takes place on the Kaunas Lagoon; when the weather turns cold, training moves indoors. It is recommended to start between the ages of 7 and 9; please contact the coach to schedule a trial session. Fee: 20 €/month; students in grades 1–4 are eligible for a discount through the NVŠ program (5 €/month).
