Description
Since 2004, the “Olimpikas” association has brought together people with disabilities, their families, volunteers and people without disabilities. In Kelmė it provides a social rehabilitation service for adults with disabilities: participants develop everyday, social and self-expression skills, and there are wool crafts, educational sessions, outings and emotional support. Every Tuesday participants act in theater sessions together with actors from Kelmės mažasis teatras – they improvise and learn to control their voice and movement. Sessions take place at least four times a month. You can find out more by calling the association; the service is assigned by the municipality according to the declared place of residence.
