Description

Formed in October 2016, the “Art of Music” group at the Šalčininkai District Municipality Cultural Center brings together music lovers who want to create and contribute to the district’s cultural life. The group draws on a variety of musical styles and seeks to revive and popularize folk songs from the Vilnius region by arranging them in a contemporary style. Their repertoire also includes Lithuanian and Polish patriotic songs, Christmas carols, and original compositions. The lineup consists of vocals, acoustic guitar, piano, bass guitar, and percussion.
