Description
“Žuvėdra”, the Klaipėda city sports club for people with physical disabilities, holds swimming training sessions at Klaipėdos baseinas. They are attended by wheelchair users and people with other mobility impairments – both those who swim for their health and those preparing for competitions. The pool is accessible to people with mobility impairments, and the municipality lets water sports athletes with disabilities use it free of charge. Training runs during the school year on two mornings a week; you need to register with the club in advance.
