Description
At the Altamedica Children’s Rehabilitation Clinic, several clinical speech-language pathologists assess and treat children’s speech, voice, and swallowing disorders, and provide assistance when speech develops more slowly than that of their peers or when sounds are pronounced incorrectly. A preventive visit is recommended for children aged 3–5. During the sessions, parents receive guidance on how to help their child develop language skills at home; appointments can be made by phone.
