Description
As part of the “social prescription” initiative, the Pasvalys District Public Health Office brings together a small community of older adults (65+) for regular meetings at the office. The meetings feature light physical activity sessions, conversations, lectures, educational activities, and creative workshops, lasting up to two hours. Seniors who are more isolated or less socially active are especially welcome; registration is available by phone or online (pagalbasau.lt).
