English"Mikutis" Wind Instrument Studio and Orchestra
Description
A private music studio where school-age children begin playing the soprano transverse flute (beginner level—3 years old), later the alto flute, and starting at ages 11–12, they can choose between the clarinet and the saxophone; students also learn solfège and ensemble playing. An orchestra formed in 2016 as part of the studio won first place in the competitions “Dūdos gros...” (2020, Category B) and “Muzikuokime drauge” (2023). The first month is a trial period; there is no need to purchase an instrument; talented children are accepted throughout the academic year.
