Description
At the “Liūto narvas” sports club in Švenčionys, children ages 5–11 learn the basics of martial arts: wrestling, judo, and self-defense techniques, as well as safe falling techniques, while developing strength and agility. Training sessions are led by the club’s founder, who has popularized grappling, Muay Thai, and MMA in the Švenčionys region. Older athletes, aged 12–18, train in a separate evening group.
