Description
A kyokushin karate group run by the Budora karate school for children aged 6–10 who already know the basics (usually belts up to 7th kyu). Training is more intensive: hand and foot technique, movement and defence are refined, a belt exam can be taken mid-season, and physical fitness is tested twice a season. Sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the assembly hall of Paberžė “Verdenė” Gymnasium; children can attend once or twice a week.
