Description
The kickboxing group for teenagers at the “Audra” Sports Club in Šakiai. Participants learn K-1 striking techniques using their hands and feet, train with punching bags and a partner, and develop endurance and speed. The club’s athletes participate in open K-1 Cup competitions. The monthly membership fee is €40; with the NVŠ program, it is €10 or €15.
