Kazdanga Museum
Description
Kazdanga Museum, founded in 2011, tells the story of the Manteuffel-Szoege baronial family, the agricultural college that ran in Kazdanga for nearly 80 years, the local pharmacy and local sporting achievements, and also houses the large Boja Forest Museum display. It is set in the classicist Kazdanga Palace, whose foundation stone was laid in 1800, and offers tours of the palace and manor park as well as themed workshops. In 2025 the museum also gained new rooms in the former manor stables, now the culture centre.
