Description
Beginner judo group for children aged 4–14: they learn to fall safely, throws and holds on the tatami, and build discipline and respect for the opponent. Training takes place five evenings a week. Register online at smgaja.lt (electronic registration); a trial session is free; the fee is €20/month.
