Description
This creative group makes jewelry, home decor items, and floral arrangements, experimenting with various materials and techniques. Classes are held on Thursdays at 3:00 p.m. at A. Lipniūnas Lower Secondary School. The group operates under the auspices of the Panevėžys University of the Third Age: participants register in September, fill out a form, and pay an annual fee.
