The “Romeo” Health and Sports Club in Panevėžys features a spacious gym divided into three zones—cardio, free weights, and strength training machines—as well as a six-person cedar infrared sauna, and a variety of massage services. Memberships are categorized by time: morning passes are valid from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., evening passes from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and all-day passes from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. You must be at least 16 years old to work out at the club; the website features a live video feed from the gym, so you can check to see if it’s crowded.
