Gym – Energy Gym, Gytarių St.

"Energy Gym" is one of the largest fitness clubs in Šiauliai: The three-story, more than 3,000 m² complex features over 180 pieces of exercise equipment, free weights, boxing, cross-training, TRX, and glute training areas, a cardio room, three group exercise studios, and a relaxation area. On weekdays, the club is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and on weekends from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.; there is a large parking lot adjacent to the club. Teenagers 14 and older may work out only with the consent of their parents or guardians, while younger children may participate only in children’s fitness groups or with a personal trainer. Every new member receives a free beginner’s training program.
