English"Freedom to Move" Group
Description
The “Freedom to Move” group exercises outdoors at the Panevėžys Culture and Recreation Park, where participants go for walks and do movement and stretching exercises. They meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. The group operates at the Panevėžys University of the Third Age: participants register in September, fill out a form, and pay an annual fee.
