Description
In 2026, Jūrmala Municipality invites residents with a declared place of residence in the city who have visual or hearing impairments to swim free of charge at the pool of the hydrotherapy complex of the National Rehabilitation Center “Vaivari”. A personal assistant or companion can also come along free of charge. For this group, the pool is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 17:00–18:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays 14:00–17:00. First, submit an application to the Jūrmala Welfare Department (Talsu šoseja 31, k-25) in person or by e-mail signed with a secure e-signature; once the application is approved, you can start visiting.
