Description
Nordic walking workouts for seniors with a coach from the “Visada judėk” sports club: participants learn the proper technique for walking with poles and go for group walks around the city. Meetings are held at the Alytus City Central Stadium twice a week; participation is free. Seniors who have registered their place of residence in Alytus and hold a pensioner’s ID card are eligible to participate; registration via the municipal form is open until October 2, and sessions run from October 5 through Christmas.
